Terms and Conditions for Returns and Refunds
- Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise if the merchandise is defective. If you do not contact us within 7 days of receiving the merchandise, we may not be able to accept your return request.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been used once, or returns due to customer's reasons, such as the color differing from the monitor color or the image.
- The cooling-off system does not apply to mail-order sales.
Return shipping charges
We will bear the shipping costs for damaged merchandise, wrong size, or other defects caused by our company's inadequacy. Please send the item(s) to the return address below, freight collect.
